Clare's passion is for coaching and NLP. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and trainer (anlp member) and she has a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching (ILM).
"Highly developed coaching skills were used throughout the session. In particular the question-set centring on behaviours to stop and avoid, changes needed, positive outcomes to pursue, successful behaviours to appreciate and emulate was extremely effective. Non directive questioning was used throughout and the client was gently but consistently probed for the responses which would assist her situation." From observation of Clare November 2007
