Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching

Our 1-1 coaching programmes accelerate the development of your managers into switched on, high-performance leaders. Our coaching programmes are tailor-made and concentrate only on those topics selected by the manager to be coached after an initial interview and assessment.

Confidential, 1-1 coaching with an experienced coach involves a flexible programme, tailored to individual needs and focused on results. Coaching is delivered against personal objectives and the needs of your organisation. An important step is to understand how you lead/manage and how others perceive you. You can include the use of 360-degree on-line leadership and management competency feedback tools, MBTI and/or 16PF personality profiling, Saville WAVE Professional Styles profiling and Hay Leadership Styles profiling.
