  • seek to work in partnership with in-house learning and training teams wherever possible
  • remain focussed on adding value to the business; this is achieved through practical approaches to transferring learning from the programme into the workplace such as business critical projects
  • use well-qualified trainers & facilitators with practical management experience in a range of industry sectors, who receive consistently high evaluation
